Guest house Radolfzell
Our guesthouse MAXIMUM in the Rossittenstrasse consists of 6 apartments and 4 flats with up to three separate rooms each to let.
Features
All 6 apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 hotplates and a microwave with grill function. They all are equipped with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Up to three persons can stay in each studio apartment. For this purpose, each room is furnished with a pullout bed and a fold-out chair.
In the basement of the apartment house, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer available. Guests can use them for free. In addition, all apartments have a direct access to the garden.
Each of the four 3-room-flats has a large, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Furthermore, there is a large common dining room, one large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink and a separate small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in each flat. In addition, each apartment has a small storage room.
As in the studio apartments, each room of the flats can accommodate up to three persons. Therefore, each room provides a pullout sofa bed and a fold-out chair.
Use of washing machine and a dryer facility in the basement is provided free of charge.
All apartments have a private terrace or a balcony. All rooms are equipped with internet access, flat screen TV, hi-fi system and blu-ray players.
There are private parking places available for our guests.
In the apartment house, there is a community room for all guests, the Max-Lounge. It has a large kitchen, dining tables, sofa area, flat screen TV, hi-fi system and blu-ray players.
Food
In the flats and apartments, everybody can cater for themselves. Shopping facilities are offered by our village shop:

Opening times:
Monday to Friday: from 06:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday and Friday: from 4:00 p.m.to 18:00 p.m.
Saturday: from 06:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Möggingen is connected to Radolfzell by bus. Timetables and other information can be found here
Term of lease
The flats and apartments are available for our visiting scientists and guests for a period of up to 6
months.
Arrival and departure
Arrivals are only possible during our reception opening times from Monday to Friday
between 7 a.m. and 6 p. m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Different dates of arrival can be arranged only after consulting Mrs. Henkenhaf.
Costs
We charge our guests 25 € per night. The monthly price is 350 €. There are no additional charges.
